Application scope
Simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rainwater, and dew, applied to coatings, plastics, aluminum-plastic panels, andWeather resistance test for automotive safety glass and other products.
The xenon lamp weathering test chamber uses a xenon lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rainwater and dew. The tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. It takes several days or weeks to reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. The artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how changes in the formula affect the durability of the product.

FEATURES1
Use xenon lamp sources that meet international standards to simulate sunlight more realistically.27The entire experimental process can automatically control and adjust the irradiance of the light source to compensate for the radiation attenuation caused by xenon lamp aging and other factors.
3The service life of xenon lamp
Hours, easy to replace.424Filter can be replaced as needed to simulate the required irradiation environment.
5
use
Inch touch screen, embedded with multiple commonly used national standard test program segments, and can also set test program segments as needed, with good human-computer interaction.
6
7During the experiment, if overload, high temperature, or opening the door occurs, a protection alarm will sound.
7
Due to the stable and uninterrupted simulated illumination amplitudeThe hourly test greatly shortened the test time and improved efficiency.
